I have been playing with clay and dirt since I can remember. I have had a home studio for about 35 years and have recently retired from my corporate job so I can get muddy all the time.
My main focus is on functional kitchen and garden ware, but I dabble in other areas as my muse allows. Cooking and gardening are mutual loves, so interweaving these fascinations makes sense.
Concocting glazes and glaze combinations brings me great joy (it’s a lot like cooking), and so I name my glazes after favorite foods and flowers.
